Her expertise was further highlighted by her leadership in adapting reporting cadences and requirements during the COVID-19 pandemic and subsequent requirement changes to the DATA Act files. Previously a Senior Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, Kathy is a Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) and a Project Management Professional (PMP) with a proven track record of delivering financial management solutions across multiple federal agencies.

As Senior Manager, Kathy’s primary focus is to ensure that the federal business systems are compliant with federal regulations by identifying process improvements, designing system enhancements, and implementing new processes or systems. She has over 30 years of experience ensuring that complex business systems remain compliant with JFMIP, Treasury, and OMB reporting requirements.
