Philip Aldridge, CPA, CIA

As Manager, Philip’s primary focus is to direct the financial management auditing services for the Office of Justice Programs (OJP). He has over 25 years of experience in auditing, internal control reviews, and complex financial analysis across various industries and nonprofit entities.

Philip works closely with his project team to manage daily activities, ensuring the timely delivery of Single Audit and Grant Audit reports while maintaining strict compliance with OMB Circulars and 2 CFR 200. With his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Maryland University College, Philip is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). He is a recognized expert in grants management and an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the National Grants Management Association.
