Mathew Gautschi

Senior Consultant

Mathew Gautschi has over 20 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and financial analysis for non-profit and for-profit entities, working in both the public and private sector. His experience includes conducting financial and grant audits; providing financial and grants management support to federal agencies; and conducting financial consulting engagements. Mat supports the Office of Justice Programs (OJP), working with grantees to resolve Single and Grant Audit findings in a timely manner.

Kellee Leo

Senior Consultant

Kellee Leo has over 16 years of experience auditing and accounting. She possesses a wide range of knowledge and experience in Not-For-Profit organizations including managing grant compliance with Uniform Guidance, 2CFR Part 200. Ms. Leo assesses grant program risk and works with organizations to document risk, develops risk mitigation strategies, and assesses and documents internal controls. Ms. Leo frequently delivers guidance and assistance to diverse audiences including senior officials, government agencies and organizations.

Christian Obikwelu, CPA

Senior Consultant

Christian Obikwelu is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Government Financial Manager with over 20 years of accounting policy and financial reporting, audit, and oversight experience. He has strong organizational, supervisory and leadership skills gained from managing complex engagements, as well as through oversight of accounting and financial management policies, payment systems, and procurement operations. Christian supports federal agencies with implementation of corrective action plans, resolution of Single and Grand Audit findings, and compliance with the requirements of the Payment Integrity Information Act.
